Why Power Works

More than Muscle.

You don't come to the gym fresh. You come after the call that ran long, the commute, the day that already happened. What you've got left is the version of yourself that shows up anyway.

Creatine is the most researched compound in sports science. It fuels the ATP your muscles burn through every rep, every sprint, every set. More available ATP means harder training, faster recovery, and a week that doesn't run out of you by Thursday.

POWER is built on Creatine HCl, the form your body absorbs about 70% more efficiently than traditional monohydrate. No loading phase. No bloat. No chalky scoop at 6am you're supposed to pretend to enjoy. Just a few enjoyable gummies to give you the strength to finish what you already started.

DIRECTIONS

Simple as 5 gummies. Power your whole day.

Take 5 gummies daily

One serving = 5 gummies. Any mix of Power, Enhance, and Recover; whatever the day calls for. Chew thoroughly. Works with or without food. Take whenever is easiest to build the habit.

Pre-workout, post-workout, and somewhere in between

Creatine builds up over time, so a single dose isn't the point. Daily is. Take them before you train, after, on your walk to the car. Whenever you'll remember.

Stay hydrated

Creatine draws water into muscle and brain cells. For best results, aim to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to maximize absorption and performance.

Frequently asked questions

When should I take POWER?

Take 5 gummies 20–30 minutes before your workout. The Alpha GPC and NALT work best when they have a short window to absorb before you hit your first set. Works on an empty stomach or with food.

Is POWER a pre-workout replacement?

It's not a stimulant-based pre-workout — there's no caffeine, no beta-alanine tingles, no crash. Think of it as the foundation your pre-workout sits on top of. Creatine HCl builds the ATP reserve your muscles draw from. Stack it with your existing pre-workout or take it solo if you train without stimulants.

Will POWER cause bloating or water retention?

No. That's a monohydrate problem. Creatine HCl is absorbed at roughly 70% higher efficiency, which means your body uses more of it and stores less excess water subcutaneously. No puffiness, no scale spikes.

How long until I notice strength improvements?

Most users notice improved endurance and output by days 7–10. Creatine works by saturating your muscle creatine stores over time. The more consistent you are, the more pronounced the benefit. The nootropic stack (Alpha GPC, NALT) tends to kick in faster, often within the first session.

Is POWER safe for women?

Absolutely. Creatine HCl and every ingredient in POWER is safe and effective for women. Creatine is one of the most studied supplements across both sexes. Women actually tend to have lower natural creatine stores, which means the performance benefit can be even more noticeable.

Can I stack POWER with ENHANCE?

Yes, they're designed to work together. ENHANCE covers your daily cognitive and physical baseline in the morning. POWER handles pre-workout performance. Both use Creatine HCl, and the doses are formulated to compound safely within daily recommended ranges.
