about orders & shipping.
How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 3-7 business days. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on all orders including every subscription order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After that, it's usually already in motion on our end. Email support@quor.store with your order number and we'll do what we can. If it's already shipped, you can send it back under our return policy.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
First, check your tracking link. Sometimes a package is sitting at a local facility or was left somewhere unexpected. If tracking says delivered but you don't have it, give it 48 hours (packages occasionally show as delivered a little early). Still missing after that? Email support@quor.store with your order number and we'll sort it out.
I received the wrong or a damaged item.
Contact our QUOR team at support@quor.store with your order number, and we'll provide you with return instructions.
What is your return policy?
We want you to have the best experience with QUOR. You can return any unopened products within 30 days of your first order for a refund or exchange. For all refund requests, you will receive the full value of your order minus a $5 return shipping fee. No questions asked.
How do I manage my subscription?
Log into your QUOR account and navigate to "Orders". From there, you can update or cancel your subscription at any time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your QUOR account.
