How long does shipping take?

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 3-7 business days. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States. We're working on expanding international shipping—stay tuned for updates!

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your QUOR account.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We want you to have the best experience with QUOR. You can return any unopened products within 30 days of your first order for a refund or exchange. For all refund requests, you will receive the full value of your order minus a $5 return shipping fee. No questions asked.

How do I initiate a return?

Submitting a return takes about a minute. Contact our QUOR Care team at care@quor.store with your order number, and we'll provide you with return instructions. We accept all returns within policy.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned product, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
